We deliver three types: RO (reverse osmosis) water - pure, filtered, neutral taste. Alkaline water - pH 8.5+, with added trace minerals for a smooth, slightly mineral taste. Hydrogen water - infused with molecular hydrogen, our premium option.

Zone 1 (within 3 miles of our store at 7119 Elk Grove Blvd) is $2.99 per delivery. Zone 2 (3-6 miles) is $5.99 per delivery. Zone 3 (6-9 miles) is $8.99 per delivery. Beyond 9 miles we offer a custom quote and may still be able to help - call (916) 619-3218.

We offer 3-gallon and 5-gallon bottles. The 5-gallon bottle is our most popular option for home and office delivery. All bottles are food-safe, BPA-free polycarbonate.

No. We don't require contracts or minimum orders. You can schedule a one-time delivery or set up a recurring schedule.

Leave your empty bottles at the door on delivery day. Our driver picks them up and replaces them with full ones. You don't need to be home.

A small refundable deposit is collected on your first order to cover the bottles.

We deliver Monday through Saturday. You'll receive a reminder notification the evening before your delivery, and a notification when the driver is on the way. Exact delivery windows vary by zone and day.

Not necessarily - you can use a ceramic crock or place the bottle directly in a standard top-load dispenser. If you need a dispenser, we sell and rent Brio models starting at $129.99 to purchase or $10/month to rent.

All our water goes through a multi-stage process: sediment pre-filtration, activated carbon block filtration, reverse osmosis membrane, post-carbon polishing, and UV sterilization. Alkaline water has an additional ionization stage. See our Water Filtration page for full details.

We serve Elk Grove, Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, Wilton, Galt, Florin, and surrounding Sacramento County areas. Check our Delivery Areas page or call us to confirm availability at your address.

Bottle swap is for returning customers only. Leave your empty bottles at the door on delivery day and we swap them for full ones. First-time customers receive all bottles with their first order - no swap needed.

Swap rules: Bottles must be empty and in good condition. Missing bottles will be charged per bottle.

Damaged bottles may incur a replacement fee. Keep your Water Boy bottles ready for every delivery.

Not accepted: Cracked or damaged bottles, dirty or contaminated bottles, non-Water Boy branded bottles, or bottles missing from previous orders.

No subscription required. One-time orders are always available. Choose from weekly (every 7 days), bi-weekly (every 14 days), or monthly (every 28 days) delivery.
